Vitamin B-Complex: The Energy Engine of Midlife

For the midlife traveller, “B” doesn’t just stand for “Background”—it stands for Bio-Fuel.

These eight essential nutrients work in synergy to convert your food into ATP (cellular energy), manage stress, and protect your cognitive “wiring.”

The B-Complex isn’t one nutrient; it’s a team of eight. In midlife, we prioritise three heavy hitters:
